Rule 1. The owner of the Personal Account (PA) may transfer the right of use of his account to any third person at his own discretion.
Rule 2. The owner of the Personal Account (PA) may transfer the right of use of his account directly to the administration of the Project upon the occurrence of a particular event and/or after a specified period of time, for further placement of the PA and/or a part of it in the public database of the Project.
Rule 3. The owner of the Personal Account (PA) may independently open his own Personal Account of a user by sending the whole and/or only a certain part of it to the Central Database, without giving anyone any exclusive rights to use it, for the PA to stay in the public database of the Project without any limitations on storage period and access to this Personal Account.
Rule 4. To fulfill three Succession Rules (1, 2, 3) given above, the owner of the Personal Account (PA) just has to fill in the attached form. The actual certification of this form takes place: either directly on the website of the Project, with the digital signature (personal code) of the owner, or in writing certified by a lawyer or a notary, after which, a scanned format of the certified document is submitted in electronic form as an attachment to the attached form.
Step By Step Instructions:
Step 1. Inform the administration of the Project about your wish to file succession (bequeath) of your Personal Account (PA) and/or a part of it.
Step 2. Enter the maximum amount of information, based on which it will be possible to unmistakably identify the person, to whom you bequeath your PA.
Step 3. Now you have to perform the actual certification of the completed form in order to implement the succession of your Personal Account and/or its part.
Step 4. You have to inform (notify) the person in whose favour you have filed the succession of your PA, and then mark the appropriate column of the attached form.
